< d< dSingle gas detector dDräger is a new single gas detection alarm device for personal protection. This instrument can continuously detect the concentration of carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide or oxygen in the ambient air and alarm in time. Accurate measurement, compact appearance, sturdy and durable, simple operation and no life limit.
dCompact yet rugged
dDräger is ideally suited to personal protection for industrial users and other applications in terms of size and weight. The instrument is easy to operate and can be used with one hand even while wearing gloves. It is specially designed for use by people working in harsh environments. There is a layer of rubber on the outside of the instrument to make it more durable and the protection level is / can be used normally even in the presence of water. Safety is the first priority. The position of the instrument sensor is specially designed to allow gas to enter from the top and front of the instrument at the same time. The instrument is placed in a pocket or the air inlet is accidentally covered, which does not hinder the continuous detection of gas.
d No life limit
d Designed for long term operation Dräger has no life limit. Batteries and sensors can be easily replaced on site and do not require any additional equipment. In addition, the water and dust filter membrane on the top of the instrument can be replaced if it is contaminated with dirt and mud.
d Micro Sensor Technology
d Equipped with the latest micro Dräger sensor technology Dräger is specially tailored for personal portable detection. Innovative sensors combine excellent performance with fast response times and are expected to last up to 20 years.
d High-definition display
d The large-screen LCD display is clear and bright and simultaneously displays gas concentration and measurement units. As an option the instrument can also be configured to have only gas types on the screen. The gas concentration is only displayed on the screen when the alarm level is reached. To avoid language barriers, no text is used in the concentration display. The display backlight is turned on to facilitate reading in dark environments.
dIn addition, yellow (hydrogen sulfide) and blue (oxygen) labels ensure rapid identification of instruments from a distance.
d Warning and Alarm
d Dräger not only has an audible vibration alarm function but also provides visual light alarms at the top and bottom of the instrument. Alarm limit values can be set by the user. Gas alarms include pre-alarm and main alarm.
d To ensure the maximum safety of users, the battery power alarm of the instrument includes pre-alarm and main alarm. Therefore, once the instrument has any circuit, battery or sensor problems, users can immediately receive clear default alarms and prompts. The vital signal function option can also be activated or deactivated according to the user's requirements.
dFunctional Testing and Calibration
dMost national regulations require users to conduct routine testing of instruments using gases of known concentration. Functional testing checks whether the instrument is working properly. Dräger meets different application configurations with adjustable functional test and calibration intervals. Warnings are automatically displayed on the screen when the functional test and calibration requirements are required. If the warning is ignored the instrument may automatically display a fault error message. The user can also choose to set this error message when the calibration interval expires.
dDräger can be used with the Dräger functional tester to quickly and easily complete the test in seconds each time. This economical device requires no power source to inspect instruments and sensors anywhere. Each successful test is automatically recorded in the data memory and a failed test will indicate an instrument failure. Optional portable printer and printed text results are also available.
dYou can easily perform fresh air calibration after turning on the machine. Calibration can be performed in the workshop by connecting the instrument to a computer, with the option to automatically test and calibrate the system. Dräger recommends annual inspection intervals.
d Data Storage
d Dräger can record events including date and time and can be connected to a computer with an infrared interface and data cable. Typical events such as gas on/off and battery alarm mode errors configuration changes fresh air calibration and functional testing can be downloaded, printed and stored.
